Hi All,
I've been using the new MovieClipMaterial texture in 5.6 and I've noticed that anytime I try to use it in any project on any surface, the movie clip imports squished and a white box fills the rest of the surface. I've tried to change it but I'm not sure exactly how to use the ClipRect or Matrix options. Any advice or is this an actual bug? I was using the typical bitmap draw method previously and it's great but interactive movie clips are preferable.
I'm using it like this now...

Sorry for the late answer. It seems like there is a bug indeed. We'll fix it as soon as possible.

I don't know why I haven't mentioned it earlier, but there's a workaround for this issue. You can use it while the bug fix isn't out.
Note that it's important to specify width of the movie clip instead of height in the material's constructor. When the issue is fixed, you'll need to omit the matrix and replace width with height:

Hi Mikhail,
I just tried the workaround you provided. Thanks for letting me know. But while the matrix does seem to stretch the clip visually to the correct dimensions, it leaves the interactivity in the same coordinates as before. So if I have a button on the bottom of the MovieClipMaterial clip, it appears in the right location but the listener is about 1/3 of the way up and is squished. I've attached a photo, the front of the box is mapped with the MovieClipMaterial texture...
Is there a workaround to this as well? If so, then you've saved the day!

Try to add scaling factor for the movie clip:
It seems like it does work.
