It's possible to download it? And make own ours maps and scenes in Alternativa3D, but with a graphical Aplication?

What editor do you mean exactly? If you're talking about a general purpose editor based on Alternativa3D, there's no such thing.

This is not a full fledged 3d-editor, but a map builder for the Tanki Online project. It's an internal product.

What does it mean?

- added map from DukePlatinum: Solikamsk
- added map from ZeRUS: Ergach (will be renamed to Kolhoz)

Are the two guys alternativa members to have access to this application?

They're map makers who had signed NDA before they got the editor.
