Any pricing changes?

I sure hope you noticed some recent events in parallel 3D universes, such as basic unity edition and unreal engine 3 now being free (as in "beer"). With that in mind, and also new version of engine in development, I ask (again), are there any plans to free 5th version, or to make free "basic edition" of version 7? I am sure many people would be interested

In iran i am considered rich, i earn 300$ a month

, But there in a foreign country maybe i won't be called human being with that sallary, So i can't really affrod buying a license, Which really makes me intedrested in an idea of that kind!
But i think thats too much of a favor Alternativa would do to us, for me just enough to have a basic edition of version 4, for a cheep price.

For now there aren't any changes in the price for A3D engine. But after A3D 7 release (which is planned to happen at the beginning of 2010) we are for sure going to implement some changes in pricing policy. What they will be is not certain at the moment. So please don't lose your patience - not much time is left

I agree...

I'd be very interested in purchasing version 7 when it comes out BUT...

It's been many months since anything new has come to Alternativa, the blog is almost always devoid of new info, and the 7 release date seems to always be just out of reach.

Unity3D is great(especially free) as has been frequently discussed in these forums but as we all know it's not ubiquitous.

...Tanki looks great but I want to make something on your engine, not be the consumer...I hope version 7 is right around the corner...

I'm sure I'm not the only developer who is looking for other options...I don't want to start plugging PR for other engines because I still believe Alternativa is the best...but help us out with some new info maybe?

Yeah, we're also looking for another Engine. Probably we'll start our own if alternativa's development still stucks.

First I read v7 comes out in Q4/2009, then someone wrote in the russian forum that it'll come out Feb. 2010, we're in the middle of April atm.!
